Johnathan has over 6 years of experience in business immigration from sponsor licences through to skilled workers, senior or specialist workers, offshore workers and business visitor visas. For the vast majority of this period, he worked at Ernst and Young and KPMG as an immigration advisor. He has worked with global organisations through to those just starting up in the UK. 

He has dealt with compliance issues ranging from illegal working through to changes of business structure and ownership and TUPE transfers, and advised how this will affect businesses sponsor licences. Johnathan also has experience with a number of Health and Care visa applications, including those in the private health and care sector.

He also has experience of working with private client queries including those wanting to apply to settle in the UK, citizenship, applications under Human Rights grounds and ancestry visas. Johnathan completed his law degree in 2015, and after receiving a scholarship from his law school he passed the bar course (known as the Bar Professional Training Course and is the course that is completed by barristers in England and Wales).
